Tia was raised in Wilmington, NC, and joined the United States Navy right out of high school. After completing boot camp in Great Lakes IL Tia was stationed in Pensacola Florida where she fell in love with Florida. While she moved around in the Navy to Norfolk, VA, where she deployed to the Middle East and Northern Virginia, Florida was never fair from her heart. After completing her military service Tia moved to the DC metro area and spent 13 years as a senior government consultant Intelligence Analyst before deciding to follow her heart and the sun and move back to Florida.
Outside of real estate, Tia takes pride in giving back to the community and served as a mentor at the Don Bosco Center Program Youth Apostles Institute in Manassas Virginia serving high-risk, disadvantaged youth become successful adults.
When not working diligently to help her client’s transition in the next phase of their life she is probably enjoying St. Petersburg beach or fishing at Fort De Soto Park for Spanish mackerel, ladyfish, pompano with her husband and son.
